Short and sweet: Fit perfectly and I saved $$$. The Volvo failed emissions inspection so I had to replace the upstream O2 sensor. My repair shop wanted $550 to do the same job with a Volvo part. $88 and one hour and the job was done. I was a little concerned with purchasing a part not labeled as OEM but decided to give it a go. I am glad I did. It attached to the wiring harness perfectly and it cleared check engine light! (I had to reset the code by disconnecting the battery. Make sure you drive it at least 50 miles to build up a history before re-inspection.) The anti seizing compound was included. The main difference with OEM part (besides price) is the absence of heat heat shield woven cloth arround the wire as it leads back to the connector. [This was clearly shown in the Amazon posting.] I just cut off the original one (it would not slip over the sensor)and attached it with a zip tie. I called back the service manager and told him that I fixed it for under $100 myself. He cautioned that sometimes non Volvo O2 sensors only work a short time before the check engine light comes back on. 4 weeks later so far so good. Great buy.
