I bought these to mount on the front of my GL1500 Goldwing. I put them in the same place as in the picture. I haven't noticed them helping so much as a driving light yet, but they do make me more visable to oncoming traffic. Since they are LED's, I was able to tap them into the amber running lights on the front. They arrived quickly and work great.
