I installed this on my 27 foot cruiser recently. All I can say is I should have done it long ago. I added two TM6502 6.5 speakers to handle mids/highs and this sub for lows. It is all powered by a Kenwood 8405 600W amp. The 6.5's on the front channels and the sub bridged on the rear channels. The sound is awesome! I can finally hear music while running. At the dock or cove I could host a dance party. The sound is clear and full at all volumes and for all types of music. This sub pumps out way more bass then expected for its size.
