This is a description of the service I was told to expect to get.
What's Included with This Installation Package?
With this InstallCard, a professional installer will remove the existing factory head unit, connect with vehicle-specific wiring harness fit with aftermarket installation kit. The Installer will mount the microphone, route/hide the microphone wire, and connect power. Additionally, the installer will pair with your Bluetooth-enabled phone and demonstrate operation. This InstallCard covers labor only, vehicle-specific harnesses and aftermarket kits are sold separately.
The installer neither paired my bluetooth phone nor demonstrated the operation. I asked about connecting to Satellite radio, but he said he didn't know anything about that. I gave up and paid the extra $107 fee for "parts."
You might want to try other organization for your installations. They did come to my house, they were prepared and were on time.
