Power Acoustik BAMF1600/4 150W X 4 Class A/B Amplifier Review

I choose this amp over a kenwood because of the price and surprising reviews elsewhere. I have it powering 2 12" pioneer champion series subs at 400rms each and haven't had any bad problems. The subs are slightly under powered (bridged the amp is 360rms) and still able to keep up with the 400rms subs. It took a while for the amp to handle turning the subs all the way up, but once it broke in i've been able to run it at 50-75% for 3hours+ without over heating. haven't tested its duration at 100% because its sooo loud, it shakes all the mirror and i don't feel safe driving for more than a few minutes at a time. Was easy to set up, it feels very high quality and performs the par. One problem i had in the summer, when the temp in the car is 100+ the cover plate expands a bit and warps but at keeps original shape at reasonable temps. Also, the amp looks great especially mounted on a black box, definitely a BAMF. Power Acoustik is definitely the real deal and will trust their products in the future.
