First off, you need some skill to install them yourself. And you need addition parts and wire to install. I hooked them in with a relay so when my reverse lights go on, it powers a relay which in turn powers these lights (on a new wire from the battery). Do not hook them directly into your reverse lights. The stock reverse light wire cannot handle the load and can start a fire. Once i got them hooked up they worked beautifully.
