This tow bar D-ring adapter worked great for my recent cross country haul from New Mexico to Georgia. This adapter bolted up nice on a Reese 5,000lb tow bar and it looks as if it came fresh from the factory. Because of the unique design of my Jeep's bumper (Fab Fours Hardcore Stinger TJ), the D-ring adapters made contact with the bumper and wore some of the powder coat away. This is not a design flaw as the as the adapters were designed around a "tab" style D-ring mount. These tow bar adapters are a better alternative to drilling thru your existing bumper and bolting tow bar brackets to them, all I had to do was remove my D-ring shackles and pin the tow bar in place, safety chain and then I was ready to go.
