I received it in a box and my two year old daughter just step on it, the box just broke in two but the product is still intact not even a scratch. Easy to install just four fastener, the only problem is if you over tighten it the screw for the fastener will break, and the supplier just send four pieces of fastener, i hope they at least give extra fastener just in case you broke it.
