I bought this item for the lens, which was a perfect replacement for the original lens.It came with a complete set of wires and bulbs which were already assembled but looked like there might have been a minor difference in the wiring. ((?) I'm no expert.) . I replaced the lens and kept the wiring and bulbs for spare parts.
Regardless, the price for everything was better than I could get from my local junk yard for a lens alone and I now have replacement bulbs (and wiring?) if I need them. :-)
Regarding delivery: I ordered the item on 9/20 and received it (as ordered) 10/1.
