once I received it, the nose guard was out of place and had to be removed, face shield was off on one side and had to be re attached , vent button on front popped off and had to be replaced. I like the weight of the helmet and it seems to fit well, dual visor works well enough though could come down a little more. over all a good helmet, just a few bugs here and there.
