Well, the first one I bought lasted 20 minutes and burned up. They replaced it in about 2 weeks. The second one has now at least produced electricity for more than 5 hours so far. BUT>>>>> something failed inside the thing that is causing a parisitic drain on my battery of about .3 amps. I called them and they were supposed to send me a new diode that I could put in the thing. I am a speed shop and I build custom cars and bikes. I have never received the diode and hve removed the alternator from the car and bought a real alternator. I have the alternator hanging in my shop by a hangsman noose with a sign stating..... DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. They had the potential for me put one of these on every street rods I make, but they lost out.
