I ordered this grab bar for my 2000 Honda 400 EX however it does not fit my year. I did however receive it in a very timely fashion in the mail, I then contacted the company n realized the mistake was on My end, they happily sent me a return/restock e mail slip which I printed,filled out n sent back with the item. I was issued a full refund promptly. I'm leaving this review so other potential customers know this was a very punctual and professional company in light of this mishap. ALSO I THOUGHT THE BAR WAS SHARP LOOKING,WELL CONSTRUCTED, N WOULD HAVE LOVED TO KEEP & INSTALL IT OTHER THAN THE FACT ((( ID DID NOT FIT LMFAO!!! ))) so if it fits your rig BUY THE THING ALREADY!!! ;-)
