This thing is GREAT! Get some 16 gauge wire and run it under the truck/up through a floor plug/through the firewall and onto a the battery or another +post by the fuse box...dont forget a 15amp in line fuse...no parasitic drain at all. oh and loom all exposed wiring under and behind truck...oh and wrap the quick disconnect coming from the unit with elec tape to protect from water..anyway its like having headlamps back there. Switch is GREAT behind unit. I decided not to wire a switch in the cab. but you can if you want. Just keep in mind its dangerous and illegal to blind tailgaters. Even though you really want to. Easy to mount. A little difficult to tilt BEAM up and down though.(no adjustmenr for this) the UNIT does adjust in/out and up/down though. Just play around a little. You can do this cheaper by buying just aux light units and everything seperetly. But, man this is a nice little package.
